Met well-trained and delightfully helpful staff in the club, the club room had all necessary amenities. A lounge and a writing desk in the room were useful. Greatly enjoyed early check-in and late check-out.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, and I highly recommend staying here. the employees in the club are very experienced. the rooms are neat, stylish, and come with spacious bathrooms and breathtaking views. the hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to shops, bars, and the Coco shopping centre. the Futian district is a must-see, especially for those on business in Shenzhen.

Pleasant staff and incredible location within walking distance of nice restaurants, everything was excellent. the hotel was just next door to several big shopping malls, famous restaurants, tea shops, and metro station. - the breakfast was very tasty and marvelous with regional food, Noodle soup, and pastries. We really enjoyed the café where the food was served.

The location of the hotel was comfy - at a short distance from Shenzhen Museum. The staff were caring, and the room was well-appointed and brand-new with a bath tub and windows on 2 sides, for instance.

The Chinese restaurant at the hotel had a stunning view and served delicious food, including many vegetarian options. The room also had a separate office space, which was perfect for business travelers like myself. It allowed me to host meetings without having to bring clients into the bedroom. the hotel lived up to the values of the Four Seasons brand, providing exceptional service and a comfortable stay.

The rooms are excellent with friendly and helpful staff who speak English well. The service is top notch, with staff going out of their way to assist guests. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the facilities such as the spa, gym, and pool are great amenities.

Some small shelves in the room were not cleaned properly, which could be improved.

Great facilities and nice decor. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for a weekend getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. The location was also ideal, easily accessible to all the main attractions and nearby shops.

The rates were far too high for what was on offer. I also found the noise level to be unbearable at times, particularly during the night.

We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lounge area, as well as the free shuttle service to the main shopping street. the location was ideal, being close to the major attractions and restaurants. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the city skyline.
